Hello! I’m a multi-faceted technical writer, designer, and developer who is dedicated to user experience.

I earned my graduate certificate in Technical Writing at Algonquin College. Through that program, I gained additional experience in writing, editing, user experience, visual design, and information management. My educational background also includes Business Administration, Graphics Communications, Web Development, and Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.

I love organization and efficiency as much as design and aesthetics. I like helping people, and this has drawn me to work mainly in the not-for-profit sector. During my experience in this sector, I was the Web Coordinator in the communications department of a national not-for-profit organization. In this role, I managed the national websites, intranet, and online store and provided support to the organization’s 137 branches, regions, and divisions. Working as part of the communications team, I created content for online and print communications, which included national awareness campaigns and events.

Accessibility and usability are issues that are close to my heart on both a professional and personal level and are vital to enhancing user experience.
